Is there an adjustment for choke idle? When you pull the choke on a cold start it only starts up to about 800 RPM. I have to have the car set at 1500 RPM at warm idle or else the car does not want to start when it's cold. It is 20-40 degrees outside lately so I'm sure that's why.
I remember that when I first put the other Nikki on it (75 degrees outside) You would pull the choke and it would start up to 2000 RPM until fully warmed up and drop down to just south of 1000 RPM. You could feel the gas pedal push itself in from the choke ***** vacuum pull I guess is a way to describe it...
The choke is connected and everything. Just wondering if there is an adjustment screw or something that controls a vacuum passage for the 2000 RPM start up.
Could it be because the fast idle cam is missing? i had to cut it off because it kept jamming and shooting the engine to 6000 RPM.
