I found a parts car and just about every single panel is garbage.

It's a 1983 LE I believe judging by the tags on the b pillar.

On the plus side, it has these options;

LE tags
LE Wheels in rough shape. (all straight, just rusty)
Rear Disc conversion
LSD
New rotors in box
Short throw shifter (according to him anyways)


I figure if I just take the engine out and tear it apart I can learn from it. The guy said he'll take $350.

Is this too much for it? Like I said, it SUPER rusty. No good panels from dents or rust. Underneath is crusty.

If the rear end and wheels are good, its worth $350 imo. Get the parts you want the take it off for scrap and you will get some of your money back.

 

The whole is worth more than the sum of the parts.....

Remember there was only 5000 LE's ever made......

Restoration is required!!!!!
