Just wondering what happened ? Now it's www.rx7clubs.com and all the avatars etc, are red x'd ? Did somebody forget to pay the light bill ? I got an email how to find my way back, so glad we're here still.

I never got the email. The reason why the change occured was shown on a post on rx8club. Although, it apprears that rx8club is down now as well. The reason was because the people that host the site had their administration privliges taken away by the owner of this and the rx8club site (different hosts). It first occured with rx8club several days back. Because the host no longer had admin control, he just took the site off the net. There was an agreement reached and rx8club came back up, but then the host of the rx7club did the same thing. This is all based upon my understanding of the thread on rx8club. They are using the new name (rx7clubs) until the issue with the host is resolved. I would point you towards the thread on rx8club about it, but that site is down too at the moment. It is a sticky in the lounge on rx8club if the site comes back up and you want to check it out for yourself.

BTW: The pics in the avatars work for me, but I get red x's for icons and such.

I heard Jason was going to ban anyone who discussed it. Has anyone actually seen that notice?

 

I got the "rex X" only when I hit the refresh button. Yesterday I coun't get on at all. Maybe in a few days they will work out the bugs.

At least some of you got an email, I had to fumble around on irc to get the news.

 

Nothing but red XXX's, and it crashed the computer sytem where I work. But the important thing is that it seems to be working again. What's this new address stuff?

Yeah, no email for me either. Either got unauthorized access denied errors or just a blank page and only a blank page for rx8club. Had to post on the Michigan club site to find out what was going on. So if admin control was lost, does that mean hack? Both sites, different hosts is too much of a coincidence.
