What's this port?

Newbie question...can someone identify this port from an S4 engine for me? I'm told I can buy a blockoff plate for it but without the name I don't know what I'm looking for.

Thanks!

EGR is correct. The two little holes go directly into the center intake ports. The large hole goes to the crankcase. Make sure you use a little RTV sealer with the blockoff.

Why would you want to use the SE EGI when you have the S4 components?

Unfortunately I only have the SE components, wiring and ECU. When the original SE motor was rebuilt most of the parts were unusable so the motor was built with s4 parts and the original SE front cover and oil pan.
