I have a line on getting a GOOD front subframe from an FB (non -SE) for free, that has stock struts (but not broken like mine) and good springs, and rotors in MUCH better condition that mine are in, all for free.... its also got tie rods and what not on it, in good shape. That way i'd also be able to use FB front struts, as there are like, 2 struts still available for the SA (and they dont make illuminas for the SA)

now, the question is, how hard is it gonna be to swap this over, i'd imagine it cant be THAT hard, but i dont want to bite off more than i can chew ( i cant have the car disabled for more than a few days)

let me know what's involved so i can go grab that subframe and get to work.
