what's this GSL-SE worth

I live in western IL, this is an 84 GSL - SE. It has 4 wheel disks and power steering and all the GSL stuff. Original motor, 74,000 miles. The body is in perfect shape (rare for midwest). He is asking $2500. What do you think?

Sounds good to me. Mine was in the same boat, w/ custom rims for $3,000.

I bought it as soon as it was for sale.

that sounds like a pretty good price if it is as good of shape as you say it is.

Not to steal the thread but I know of a SE with 150,XXX miles, pretty rough, interior is rough.....just a well used car, no wrecks, a few dings. The car is a Texas car its whole life, a buddy of mine is thinking of selling it, I have been taking care of it for about 2 yrs now. Ideas on pricing, I was thinking of picking it up myself and restore it to original and make a nice street car???????

Sorry wes2k3!!!! didnt mean to steal the thread but I didnt want to start another one just like yours!!

BTW, what part of western Ill. are you from....I am from Galesburg originally!!!

LOL, looks like my thread kinda died anyway.

I'm from just north of the quad cities.

I'll be driving it tomorrow and I'll see how it is.
