Whats a good muffler, blew mine...

less than 1k on this damn monza P.O.S and ive allready blew it to peices it sounds like. Racing beats muffler i heard was good, but i dont want it for certain reasons. Are there any good aftermarket turbo mufflers that wont drain my wallet and wont be blown away by the 12a straight pipe in like 1-5k miles.

thanks

probably cause it's too loud. get one from RB. that's what mine is and it's quiet, even on a streetport.

get a custom dual n1 exhaust, loud but makes a world of the difference, I've had mine on now for 2 1/2 months and it hasn 't blown up or nothing

well i got knockoffs but they've held up pretty well but yea they are loud but if you don't yowmp it, then it's not so loud, at normal speeds anywhere below 3K RPM it's not loud, you'll love how it's looks though. check my setup out

Boral is expensive, but awesome. I love mine, and would trade it for nothing.

I'm ditching my straight thru turbo exhaust in lieu of returning to the racing beat street port muffler.

Racing Beat is the best available. If you want to screw around you spend more in the end before you come back to RB.

I'm quite happy with my RB header/presilencer with Magnaflow setup. It's got a low tone that is quiet and streetable...

So long as I drive slowly.

Getting on the loud pedal produces a beautiful tin trumpet symphony with just a hint of outboard. It's VERY distinctive and suits the rotary quite nicely, IMHO.

I just go tmy new tips in today, i'm going to chop off the crappy racing beat tips and put on my nice 2.75" in, 3.5" rolled, angle cut tips on.

Its gonna look saweeeet. waaaaay better than my N1 can i got!!

I'll post pics when its on.

again. buy ANY other muffler, and all you will do is spend as much if not more than the RB just to get it to sound good.
