What's this for?

There is a small plastic tank directly underneath the windshield washer tank that has a hose going to the carb.
What the heck's it for? It's empty on my 84GSL.
Thanks!

Don't mind Jeremy, he's just joking... I hope

The sub-zero starting assist is a useless piece of junk that Mazda put on the RX-7 to prevent the carb from icing up in really cold weather (like -30 degrees celsius) It's supposed to have a mix of something like 10% Water and 90% Glycol Alcohol, and is injected into the carb to aid in icy conditions... Most don't work, and people remove them to save weight and bulk in the engine compartment..

I'm going to wire mine into a switch and run two hoses to the back wheel wells as a bleach launcher to lube the tires up for burnouts

I'm going to use mine for the omp 2 stroke/MMO mod...

http://www.rotaryaviation.com/oil_in...p_adaptors.htm

Basically it's a mod so that your OMP will use a seperate oil source instead of your regular engine oil. That allows you to burn MMO or 2 Stroke oil in the combustion chamber and synthetic in the rest of the engine...

So my sub-zero tank will be used for the OMP source tank...

I don't think the pump would be able to handle the viscosity of ATF, let alone pump it that far into the end of your exhaust.. It's only meant for Antifreezez and water after all...
