What screw for window crank?

My '83 came with new door panels, without interior door pulls, and with only one window crank. I'm perfectly fine with only one window crank.. but I can't seem to find a proper screw to hold it in place anywhere in the bag. I've looked at my haynes manual and it doesn't mention any specific about the screw for removal, just to remove it. Anyone know the specifics of said screw?

I don't have anything like that in any of my little baggies. Is it a self tap or like a bolt?
