I shift @ 7.5-8K unless I need to drive nice in front of cops.
There's no real power under 4K.

Before I modded my car I'd go at about 3,500 - 3,300 - 3,100 - 2,900 - Whenever

After the mods about 3,500 to 4,000

You guys that buzz all the time, how is your fuel economy? I'm really interested, because my setup has no power under 4000, so I'm always taking it to ~6+ and get about 11MPG.

You might wanna ditch that holley and get up with Sterling. I've got a holley on mine now, and I absolutely HATE it. You can't corner worth a ****, and it runs rich as hell. Thanks to RB, I can't jet the secondaries down because they drilled out the threads to run an open jet hole. I'm almost done porting my intake. Just waiting on an intake gasket. I'll take pics of the intake, and with the Sterling installed.

I shift really low like around 2000-2500 for just daily driving, spirited shifts are approx 7300-7500. With horrible tuning I'm getting around 450KM to a tank=18MPGish.
