From: Oahu, HI. where my shippin cost is more than yours unfortunatley...
If its 4x114, then its a GSL-SE as the GSL-SE has the PCD4x114 and the GSL's has the PCD4x110. Hahaha, I thought your title said," What rear end are you running?" But anyways, when i inherited my fb from my uncle, he told me that it swapped out the Stock rear end and swapped in the JDM rear end from a fb. Not sure if that makes awhole lot of difference but my uncle was the original owner so I guess he knew what he was doing.

Haha. Thanks man. I just got done painting it. I still need to brake clean the other caliper and paint it. Then it just needs to go in my car!

Thanks for telling me what it is too!

What brake booster and master do i need to use to put this axle in my SA?

i still have the same brake booster and master cylinder in mine that came stock in the SA and it works fine with my complete gsl-se suspensions swap. some people would say to upgrade the master cylinder to the gsl-se one, but like i said... mine works great.

i also changed my suspension over to the gsl-se.The brake booster for a '79 & '80 is different so you can't change it out.I also changed the master cylinder & the brake porportioning valve at the same time and never had a problem with the brakes since then.

The whole proccess.
1. take axle out of car
2. pressure washer and soak in degreaser for 2 hours
3. take everytihing off the axle
4. primer EVERYTING very throughly
5. lay down a 3+ super thick coats of SPRAY PAINT!
6. Enjoy the beautiful axle.

So pretty much i used white primer and black and red spray paint. The wole thing would only take like a day if you started at like 6Am and finished at like 4AM. I sped up the drying proccess with a heater.

I think that all i need is the proportioning valve off GSL-SE and it will work just fine.

That paint is going to be hard on the rubber of the caliper sliders.

LONG story.

But basically i bought a car for cheap, sold it for 10 times what is was worth then ended up making about 2,500 dollars. I bought a parts car first gen and it had this axle swap in it so i took it out of that car and painted it with bunch of paint i had laying around.

Dont sell your RX7!!!!

I like SA's the most. They are super easy to work on and ALOT better looking than the FB's. But if i had to chose from FB and FC... it would be an FC.

My car...
