what plugs for SE w/DLIDFIS?

I've assembled DLIDFIS on my '84 SE...Works great, should I use different leading plugs? I used factory J109 ignitors and diamond coils (3 of each). Right now it has BR8EQ14's all around. Are these even the right plug? My books don't say. Anybody have this setup on their SE? Thanks!

I would go to 9's (BR9EQ-14) or if tuned really well, B9EGV's. The 8's just may not foul quite as easily in stop and go, but I've only run 9's for at least a decade.

You can run the 2nd gen plugs if you want with any direct fire ignition. BUR7EQ

Any benefit using these plugs instead of what I have? I actually drove it for a couple days with only one leading plug firing most of the time, and it never really loaded up or even thought about fouling out, so I guess my 8's are sufficient, but would 7's be better? Also why are they BUR7EQ instead of BR7EQ?

I was going to suggest 2nd gen leading plugs too. I tried the 2nd gen coil for a while and something didn't feel right so I went back stock. Funny thing is I forget to reinstall 1st gen plugs. When I realized it, a couple months later, I swapped the 1st gen ones back in. Didn't notice any difference at all between either set.

2nd gen plugs flooded easier for me, so i went back to the 1st gen plugs. After re-timing and adjusting the carb, I will go with 2nd gen plugs again and disconnect the trailing.
