What kinda oil should I use

So I think I am going to change my oil soon I am wondering what kind f oil i should use. I was told not to use synthetic so i was wondering what weight of conventional oil i should use. I live in Northern Idaho, at night it gets to about 40 degrees and during the day about 50 to 60. I was looking under the hood and reading what it said and i think it said 20w-50? Does that sound right?

Use what the owners manual says and keep it fresh...

Remember, this oil does get injected in the combustion chamber - conventional oil is fine - just change it as required.

Page 4 has a chart that shows what oil to use in what climate. 10W30 is what is recommended for your temp range.
