A holley red will do it but I am thinking a holley blue will be better for you. Red maxes out at 7 psi and blue I am not sure.

Either the red or the blue (cant remember which) comes with the regulator too, so thats a good buy

EDIT: Here ya go, meets all the requirements and has the regulator too. Pick up a 0-15 PSI gauge while youre at it!

I'm not a big fan of the Holley fuel pumps. They're too noisy. I had a Holley blue before I switched to a Mallory Comp 70. The Holley flowed at 110 gph @ 14 psi (free flow). It was necessary to use a FPR. The Mallory flows at 70 gph @ 5-6 psi, and does not require a regulator.

Edit: The Mallory is much, much quieter than the Holley. That alone has sold me on the Mallory pumps.

I had a Carter which was notorious for noise, but I honestly could barely hear it in the car with it running. Maybe a slight humming with the car off and the pump running. I didnt even notice it once I got the stereo on, the RB exhaust flowing, and the weber intake howling

Same here, i have a 16 psi carter, which is very loud, but i cant really hear it at all with the car running.

Mario loves carters, though

Kind of Off Topic, but can you use this fuel pump .... eehh without turbo? that psi thing is throwing me off, but replacing a fuel pump with style wouldn't be bad either.

What about this one?

That pump looks like it exceeds your requirements for the psi

Beat me to it. I love my Mallory Comp70. It does 70gph at 6psi. If you're running stock carb, you need a fuel pressure regulator. You should probably get one anyway, because it helps in tuning. Can't even hear it when the car is on, and it'll provide more than enough flow for your needs.

I have a carter because I heard that the holleys were loud
and when I got the carter in it was loud as hell.

I think any way you go with a high flow fuel pump its gunna be loud
unless theres one out there I havn't heard of.

Can you not just pick up an SE pump and run a FPR with a return line. Seems like would be plenty of flow and as stated earlier the regulator makes tuning easier.
