What is going on with this car????

Ok for all you gsl-se rotor heads I have one for ya.

Charles (jfaplanet) has a gsl-se that he got running from the original owner.
Well every now and then it would just die for no reason so he parked it in the back to work on his truck. Well several months later he has pulled it up and we built a new motor for it and put all the stock emissions crap back on it. Looks 100% stock. (Charles if you can think of anything else add it.)

Ok, well now the car will not start with a rebuilt motor in her. It will run if he pulls the fuel line off until it runs out of fuel.

So here is all he has done to it if I remember right.......

Rebuilt injectors, swapped FPR, swapped ECU, Swapped AFM, Swapped UIM and TB, Swapped Dissy, Cleaned Fuel Pump, Swapped TPS.
Good spark top and bottom, fuel filters are clean and flowing good.

Anyone have any ideas on this please post. Willing to try anything!!!!! As his wife needs this car asap.

Charles if you can think of anything else add it.

If I were you I would just seperate each component and test it.

Start at the tank. Do you have pressure after the FP? If so, move to the filters(I know you have already checked them but it does not hurt to do it again). Make sure to check the return as well.

If that is 100% ok then move to the ignition.

There could be a combination of problems which can make it a lot harder to diagnose.

Yes, pressure after FPR. Now we have not put a gauge on it to see how much pressure it really is but we will have a gauge on it soon now that we picked up one.
Filters have been replaced. Not sure if the return has been checked but I will ask him.

Good Spark on the L and T plugs.

Charles said All points on the wiring harness have proper voltage.

Chad

Maybe a mouse might have bit into a wire?????
