What Fuel Pump to get?

i have a 13b, aggressive street port.
car came with a Holley FP and a FPR, not sure what brand.
and has dual Weber carbs.

i am about to install a fuel cell and must go to an external fuel pump because of this.
i know i should be going with a low pressure high flow, but unsure what kind of flow rates i should be looking at as i have plans in the future to do a t2 swap as well.
so i need a pump that will supply enough now and maybe one that could stay on when i swap to supply the high pressure FP.

any suggestions?

Wrong section, you need to post in the 2nd gen section to get real results.

Walbro 255 in-line?

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/VPN-GSL392/

Overkill, but probably enough to run a turbo later on.

Get a carb pump for now. Less headaches. Carb pump = low pressure. Like a Carter 72gph.

i've been looking at the walbro's too, they are expensive, but it'll fit better than the carter.

yes.
maybe i wasnt clear.
i need a low pressure, high flow pump that could also double later to feed the high pressure pump when i swap.

the carters seem interesting though.

Change the pump when you swap.

The pressure difference between a pump for a carb and a pump for FI is WAY too big to use the same pump. - I assume you intend to keep the FI for the TII swap?

yes, when i get the swap i will add a high pressure pump that will be fed by the low pressure pump.

Alright then, I'll stick with my original suggestion... Walbro GSL392. Here's some specs on some other Walbros - http://www.autoperformanceengineerin.../ext_pump.html
