What ever happened to Seldawg?

I just realized that I haven't seen Seldawg around for a while. I was in Saugatuk with the wife last Saturday night and I saw a really nice silver fb. It looked really familiar, and I realized that I had seen it before. It had been sitting in my driveway last spring during one of our meets in Grand Rapids. I didn't see the owner around, but was just wondering if he sold the car or what's up. Anyone ever hear from him?

It's funny kentetsu. I haven't been on the site in forever and I log in today and there you are. It was my FB parked downtown. I have been pretty wrapped up wih other projects and haven't had too much spare time.

Sell the rex, are u kidding !!! It's funny though, I have not been on the site for well over 8 months and I get on today to search for extreme condensation in the oil ( thinking water o-rings ) and I see your post. That was my baby downtown parked for the evening.

Wow, what timing eh? Glad to hear you're still around. We're having a meet this Saturday in Holland if you can make it. Check the local section here, or the Michigan forum for details. Glad the car is still in good hands.

I will check it out but I don't know if the rex can make it. It is driveable but I am getting the grayish foam on the dipstick and the fill tube that usually is a sign of water entering somewhere. It started as soon as I pulled it out for the season. Still reasearching the archives for some answers.

Fairly typical condensation, especially if only driven for short trips. Clean out what you can, do your summer weather oil change and take it out for a longer drive, you should be fine.
