Question What else do you drive?

What do you drive besides your 1st gen? All I've got is my '85 GS that I use daily.

85 GSL (Dads), 83 GSL (mine), 84 GS (mine), 85 GSL-SE (Dads), 02 Toyota Camry (Moms), 97 Ford F-150 (Step Moms), 86 Toyota SR-5 Pickup (Step Dads), or the 94 Escort GT (friends Moms). I drive all these cars on a regular basis too, lol. I never remember where everything is in each car. Even in the first gens, cause the interiors are different, lol.

my winter car is a police spec 87 crown vic, I just pulled it out of storage about a hour ago and a bunch of **** is fucked up. The cheapo headers I installed are rusted, one of the exhaust pipes broke clean in half??? and the starter solinoid and voltage regulator are fucked.

It going to be a long afternoon tomorrow.

my third car that I have never driven is a classic 72 buick riviera. very cool looking car. one of my girlfriends dad owned it and was going to scrap it but I offered him 100 for it and now its mine. It runs but half the electrical system doesnt work, body is clean, as is the interior (sort of) 455 cid= 1 highway, 0 city.

great sounding exhaust.

The one I drive most often is a 92 Protege LX with 209k that I've never done any maintenance on except for a fan switch. I haven't changed the oil in about 18,000 miles.

My only car is my 85 GS. I will rarely drive any other car, sometimes my dads van to take a turn on long trips, but that's about it. Since my car is 99% rust free(one small spot below rear bumper that I need to get rid of) I think I might drive my brothers 86 Jetta this winter. Right now it doesnt have insurance though since he's at college and cant bring his car. I woud have to take insurance off my car and put it on his for the winter, but I think I might do it. The odometer on his car broke at 370,000 miles, and it's been driven for a year since it broke. Still runs fine, its a GLI, 5 speed, and has a nice sounding stereo in it(blapunkt head unit and blaupunkt overdrive speakers). So I would be able to stand driving it for the winter.

I used to put 2000 miles a month on my 84 SE
the 87 Tercel takes the blunt of that now
both are bulletproof dependable

I flog the hell out of my Suzuki Sv650. Modifications include full Racetech giblets in the forks, GSXR shock, Full exhaust and Jetting, Acerbi headlight, custom rearsets and paintjob (by me!) etc etc. It's my go fast vehicle.

99 Isuzu Amigo V6 HARDTOP, dual removable sunroofs with K&N cone filter and a Magnaflow 2.25" muffler. Sounds mean. Rear air springs and upgraded shocks. Use my buddy to tow the 1st gen racecar on the trailer, as well as my daily driver.

Might buy a 75 REPU I've been drooling over lately. I miss driving rotary power to work.

My daily driver is a 2001 Audi A4 Quattro with an APR ECU running 15 psi of boost. And then there is my new toy, a 1995 Montego Blue FD .

Well the valve cover and front seal leak enough that it gets about 4 quarts of replacement oil in a few month's time.

I suppose I really should change the filter. I haven't even looked at the spark plugs since I bought it with 169k on it.

84 GS is in hybernation. I drive a '94 Ford Explorer, in which something just happened as I was on my way home and the headlights just went out. My wife drives a '96 Ford Escort.

My '85 GS is my daily driver but the "family car" is my wife's 92 Taurus. I also have a dead B2000 long bed p/u in the garage, waiting to be put to pasture or fixed. I occasionally drive my parent's '96 626 or my good friend's '93 FD.

The Rex doesn't have quite the pucker factor of the Cobra but it handles every bit as well for a lot less money. I can drive it in the rain too...
