Rotarheads
more pics of stuff-
-sample of one of my NOS spare wheel/tire combos
(have 4 but would never run them on the road! Need a showroom or museum or something
-2nd set of euro-spec mirrors: these are the FB electric ones, brand new, that european and JDM RX7s got (they dumped the fender mirrors ion Japan in 83 I believe)
-haven't had the nerve to drill the holes to mount the spoiler!! So it and a spare sit in storage
-funky SA/JDM mirror switches. Found that my car was pre-wired to fit them!!
-also have a full set of NOS rotor and side irons for my SA, but they still reside in europe, so no pics, yet (friend there works for Mazda europe and was able to get them from Japan for me. He also got me the 5-speed rotary-shaped shifter, since the base RX8 in Europe came with the 5-speed)
enjoy-

They must not have been trying too hard to only hit 17.8 in the quarter. My bone stock '84 went 17.23 @ 82 mph on a humid night. Side step the clutch at 6500 rpm, grab second gear real quick and don't miss third!

[QUOTE=jfachner72]I just got this in the mail. It was gift from Mazda in the 80's for filling out the survey on your vehicle.
Lets see some other cool 80's mazda stuff....
Hey, thats cool. I bought my 85 GLS last month and both original keys came on tags just like that. Guess the tags are original too.

I have the original bill of sale, The owners manual, The booklet that tells you where every mazda dealership in the united states it. The little folder the dealership gives you to hold your title and registration. A really cool retro keychain that says Rx-7 in the same font as the emblems on the fenders. And it is superimposed on a factory aluminum wheel. And a Chiltons manual that only covers 1979-1982. A pile or Pacific Magizines, all have the previously shown red turbo FB, the "Pacific Turbo Option" and a bunch of Rotary engineering mags. Oh and the Pacific magazines I got out of a '79 that had the Pacific 2+2 backseat. Thats all I can think of right now....
