someone once called my car rice

i have hood pins and a huge tach!

(the pins had to be used after i removed the hood bracing and the hood would not latch properly with the factory setup. i'll eventually be going with 4 hood pins and eliminate the front hinges. hood pins weigh less than hinges )

rice is any of these.
1) a TRD sticker
2) a NOS seat cover
3) the WAL-MART snap on spinners.

ok, im prolly gonna take a bashing for this, my 82 is missing a front bumper and alot of bodywork, engine runs good and i cant see a reason to swap it out just yet (although it will be done)...so im going with a widebody kit after i get the rust gone, so i dont have to worry about the dent removal, as im not too good at it, and a fiberglass hood, yes it may have hood pins unless i can find a good looking hood with factory mount points, and the rims are coming too, but i just cant stand my car to look like crap anymore, so i guess untill i can get the cash and all the info for a 13b RE swap i may be a ricer...go ahead and bash away...i can handle it

There is a guy a few miles away from me with, I believe, an '83 or '84 that has a widebody kit and massive gold mesh wheels on it. That's not so bad, but what is is the fact that he still has the stock 12A in it. He's had the car forever, and my dad worked with his son. My dad continually tried to buy the car because it never ever gets used, but the guy wanted, like, $12K for it.

The car has some rust, and the paint isn't that great either. The guy originally bought the car for his daughter, but she wanted no part in it.

It's really depressing to see...
