LC type manifold for a 13B.
If the LC manifold is straight through wouldn't that place the carb right on top of the exhaust? You'd wanna have some decent heat shielding between the header and carb to eliminate any possible problems caused by heat soak.

The inside casting is unbelievably rough. I smoothed the runners out the best I could...

It is above the exhaust and I don't know if LC sold a heatshield but there are screw holes on the bottom of the manifold so a heatshield could be made and screwed on. That is what I did. It wasn't hard and only took about 1/2 an hour to do. A better idea would be to get your headers coated with some type of thermal coating or wrap them with header wrap. The only problem I have with it is that it is so close to the strut tower that you can not use the 6 inch K&N filter that RB sells. You need to get a 1 inch and 3/4 filter or a 2 inch filter might fit. It's not a huge deal but it would be nice to have the larger filter.
