im geting a motor in about to weeks and i need mounts any one know were i cand find some

Well are you changing the front cover so you can use the regular motor mounts? Do you need the rubber mounts or something. I think you can find that at www.mazdatrix.com or I think www.racingbeat.com might have some but not sure.

You have to swap the front cover from an -SE and get the mounting bracket from Racingbeat.

Hell,Ill say it...........
Any 1st gen front mount will work fine with a little grinding and bending.Yes,the Mazdatrix one works easier.
The 2 main things you HAVE to get to make it work is a GSL-SE oilpan and if your gonna keep the FC oil metering pump, youll need a GSL-SE front cover.

BTW,this only pertains to the 87-88 TII engines.The later(S5) TII engines have the big electric oil metering pump,which cant be removed if you retain the stock ECU and requires additional machine work to make FB compatible.

The alternative is to swap in a complete 2nd gen front crossmember with suspension and steering,so you can retain the FC oilpan and front cover.Its a nice mod,but definately a job in-itself.
