I just wanted to post and say that Im on my way to building a turbo FB. I guess I have one of the two most critical parts of the build, a pretty much complete turbo kit courtesy of FB II. (Zac).
I'm now on the hunt for a decent GSL to install this sucker on. I've had my eye on turbo'ng a FB even before purchasing my Turbo II (which is now gone). I originally was going to get out of the rotary scene all together, but the addiction was too hard to break, and I relapsed back into the habit. I kept up with Zac's build and was really impressed with his results, and always had the idea of replicating his setup at some point when I had the time/money.
When the oppurtunity to purchase the exact kit off of Zac, I knew the oppurtunity would not come again, and I seized it. I really look forward to getting a GSL here in the near future, early summer at latest, and getting it road worthy by mid to late summer. My full intentions are to build a street/strip car, and will do so as the funds become more available.
I've been without a project, or a seven for too long now, and Im just really excited to get back into the scene, and stay up with the community of seven driver's. I've made a lot of good friends, and met a lot of good people through rotaries, and Im glad I didn't turn my back on the community and the rotary scene.
I will keep you all posted as my turbo project progresses. Ideally Id like to get a GSL to put the kit onto, but money is somewhat tight now, so a GS, or other model would be acceptable as well. I have a wanted ad posted in the FS section.
Thanks again to Zac, and everyone here. Your a great group of people, and I would never be able to tackly a project like this without the support and information provided by the RX7club.com community.
One question though, I wondered if 4.25" x 4 rims from early Mustang (79-85?) would fit the 4x110mm hubs on an FB? I did a conversion, and it 4.25" turned out to be 107. something MM. But just figured I would check here with ya'll too.
Thanks,
Chris

rebuilt and boost prepped nikki carb (nice and powdercoated)
prepped intake manifold
rotary shack aluminum carb hat
rene's tubular equal length turbo header for s4 turbo
good condition s4 turbocharger
the oil lines and fittings for all of this (braided feed/ beast return)
my custom 3" downpipe w/ o2 sensor bung
locked distributor
I snagged everything but the NPR intercooler from the list above, because I already have a massive FMIC core that I can use. What is pictured on his sites, is essentially what I purchased.
Here is Zac's cardomain page that has some ppretty detailed pictures of the setup. You might also want to check out his myspace page, his name there is mrwhiterx7 (I think)

Actually, this is his setup, the exact one off of Zac's car. He is going a "different route" (I'll let you ask him) with his car. He is putting his 12A into his other FB, and sold the entire setup to me sans FPR, Fuel pump, exhasut from te DP back, and BOV.
yea, this setup works great, Zac put this exact same setup on mine. Go ahead and invest in a good a$$ clutch and some wide tires. I just ordered a RB Race 4 puck, and a RB Race pressure plate. Youll have to get a wideband if you dont have one cause I dont think Zac woulda gave you that for that price

Check out this thread and see pics on pages 2,3. If my buyer fails to get it then you might consider this car seeing that it had a 13BT motor in it before the previous owner's uncle took it out and had an 85 GLS 12A motor put in from his car.https://www.rx7club.com/1st-generation-specific-1979-1985-18/thats-i-have-had-499765/ Buyer is suppose to get it Saturday.
