weird viabration?

The other day i was going up a hill then my pos batt cable fell off and the tach went to 8k and the voltage shot up to 16V and back down. well after pulling over to put it back on i was getting a viabration around 60km/h. iwould just hit there and not stop. it not a little one , the whole car viabrates. Plus its happening sooner now. i re-balanced the wheels and that wasnt it. what could it be

Why would the battery cable falling off cause a problem with the driveshaft?

I would start with your ignition, and make sure that all plugs are firing correctly. You may have blown some electronic component when the battery cable came into contact with metal...

Your battery cable cannot just fall off. :-)

Did you hit a chuck hole or something in the road?
