Weight Watchers

I bought an 81 RX-7 from a crusher for a $100 Canadian.(its kinda scary cause he was gonna crush it the next day). It was sitting there for about 3-4 years. I cleaned things out and it runs! It looks like crap(clear coat, rust, small dents) but runs like a dream! after 228000 km(143000 miles) no smoke, no leaks, tight transmission, good clutch, etc. etc.) Anyway, I am turning it into a racer (it already has 8mm spark plug wires, blue bottles). This car does not have to be street legal, I just want to take as much weight as I can off of the car. Any tips, hints, pointers, warnings?

There are several threads on weight reduction, a couple of good one too. Guess you know what that means, don't you.

Welcome to the forum and the Darkside. Check the links in my sig line for the FSMs, carb manual etc.
