trying to locate a website..if anyopne knows of where to pick them up i have looked on rb..tweakit..and haen't had anyluck they are all downdraft...PLEASE HELP

why aren't the runners on that intake equal length / volume for each rotor? Won't that cause the motor to run off balance?
