Weber carb question
What would it take to turn my 45dcoe weber into lets say a 48 or 50dcoe?. I heard it can be done but what parts will I need?.

The carb body would have to be bored out and you'd have to fit larger throttle butterfly's and probably different venturis.

This is taken from Mazdaracing.com, its how I came up with this question- The 48 DCO/SP Carburetor is a Race version of the DCOE carburetors. All Weber DCO/SP carburetors are essentially a 55mm body with 48mm throttle plates- Anybody got a answer to this question?.

the openings. i am not really sure, but i would imagine that something in it could be inlarged
your best bet would be to get specs on what you have and what you want.. and then compare them and change what is different
