Question weather strip replacement

the wheather stripping on the driver's side door kinda glued itself to the car so when i opened the door the stripping was ripped in half. The POS leaked anyway. Is there any other non-rx-7 models that share the same weather strip? How would one go about replacing the before mentioned strip?

the strip is unique to the door shape but is easy to replace. Even when it rips out you can put it back in, there's just a small metal rail that holds it in.

There's a aftermarket replacement on ebay. I put it in mine, works fine. If you need the thread, I'm sure I can find it. Search on ebay under 'rx7'.

and they're all from the same supplier. They go for about $49.95 for both doors.

BTW that 'gluing to the car' happens to me on the passenger side after I go through an automated carwash. I prefer the wand-wash anyhow as it doesn't smack your car around.
