Wacky Idea

Would this not be the coolest thing in the world...

Go pick up some shitty 84-85 car and take every thing apart... everything. Powder coat everything you can, use new parts for everything, have awesome paint on every panel, polish every aluminum surface, and then give the car to me...

HAHAHAHAHA

haha.. nice try..

but it would be cool to be able to start from scratch.. have every piece exactly how you want it.. and then have one kick *** car when you are done.

when i get my new place i plan on starting a 5 year restoration project using an 1984 GSL as the base and using GSL-SE parts and whatever else i like,

so it wont be a stock restoration but it will be very very nice when its done,

probably will throw the camden on there

Your 20? well...no problem then... GO out and buy the best model you can find, strip her down, and take the next 10 years restoring every part to glorious perfection. then, when you're 30, you'll have a great showroom car which you can drive on brief occation, if you don't decide to trailor it everywhere... Just be carful if you decide to find a wife before it's done... I've heard they can be pretty jelous, especially if it's just a 'hunk of junk in the garage' My current G/F hate's it when i personify the car and offer it greetings when i enter the garage :P If she knew i delicately place kisses on its bonnet and dash, she'd prolly accuse me of cheating on her....

Yeah, how about you do that to a car then give it to me? But it would be nice starting from scratch...
