The seller could be referring to the rebuilt motor not being 'raced'. Of course I never race my Rex. ( I just drive with enthusiasm on the mountain roads!

And apparently, he can't sell it. I seem to remember seeing that car last year when I was trying to get $$$ estimates from other sources in my fight with the insurance companies...

I have never raced a car before. I HAVE, however, driven at rapidly increasing speeds before, and for some reason the person next to me did as well.
This event has happened on a few occasions. Quite odd, isnt it. After a certain landmark, dpending on which person arives there first, I usually let off of the gas and continue at normal speeds.

Yeah, I don't race either. Sometimes I go to a large parking lot, and there are pylons, so I drive around them.
Then other people do it too.
