Vacuum leak on my 83 gsl

I can't get a solid seal on this plastic part my finger is pointing to in the photo. Should I replace this part or is there some way to clamp it on there? Thanks!!

Not sure what this part is but the vacuum tube falls off here very easily creating a vacuum leak.

Thought about small amount of silicone to hold it. I don't know what that is.

Just replace it with a new silicon hose of the correct size.
