Um... 2500 RPM Idle... eek

I got the car out of the shop and they said my injectors were sticky (first thing I'm considering and have a pair of ID725's on order), but on the 35 mile drive home (after about a 15 mile drive in town), I got to about 10 miles from home and stopped and the idle was at 2500 RPM. I had used the cruise to see if it worked. That's really all that I know. It just kind of happened and I'm a little lost. I want to double check the vacuum lines tomorrow, but I have no idea WHY this would start so randomly... By the way it was in the shop getting a clutch kit installed (I didn't do it because there's nowhere to get the car high enough at my place and with all they issues they had, I'm glad I didn't), they diagnosed the sticky/leaky injectors and that's really all.

It must have been that because I lubed everything up and the idle went back down to 1000 RPM and has been fine since. It's a little wonky sometimes because of the sticky injector(s), but that will be solved Monday, if I can find somewhere to purchase the intake gasket.

Thanks for the reply.
