turn indicator

The rotten thing wont center after turning . How do I go about the fix on it , the manual is useless. Thank you.

Remove the steering wheel. There's a plastic ring with two pins sticking up that fit into two holes in the back of the wheel; probably one or both pins are broken. The plastic ring will slip right out if you can get a hold of it and you can get a new one from a used turn signal unit or from Mazda. Then be careful to line the pins back up when you put the wheel back on.
