I think it's time to file claims, paypal only allows claims in the first 45 days, why yall waited I don't know. This might be the time to have a talk with IC3, http://www.ic3.gov/ I'm going through the same thing, just on ebay, going on 2 months now.

Okay guys I'm here again.......kick my *** now....
I know I fucked up a lot of deals and a lot of trust but i never meant to....
I apologize from the bottom of my heart as a rotary guy.
I have been selling on Ebay and taking payments for a lot of things in the past on paypal with no problems ever....
I took a job at the end of november that robbed me of all free time. No I didn't live at work but i almost did, I was in the office from early morning to late at night.
I can;t apologize enough for screwing up everyone on this stuff.
I mean come on the last thing I would intent to do is rob a few people of a couple hundred measely dollars. Hard earned as it is to you all it just isn't enough to bother with so seriously damaging my rep here and making out to look like a thief. I seriously CAN'T apologize enough.
I tried to get someone to pick up the ready boxed items a while back as wacky racer tried to help with that but I just couldn't get to it. Seriously, I have been in the office from 8am till anywhere from 730 upto 10pm. I am working for a new brand name company and it's trying to get itself established in the industry and the projects have been overwhelming.
I am soo saoory for having had Wacky or any of the other guys post with info on me without me being able to follow up. I got a couple of calls and my cuz took some messages on AIM but I just had to much crap going on. All the items are stil sitting in storage boxed and ready to ship.
I understand some of you have already stepped on and taken parts from other sources and I am sorry for the inconvenience.
For all of you that I ended up screwing I would like to offer you the following at your choice.
Either A) let me send you your item paid for and i will also include a 25% refund or
B) if you have already moved on and do not care for your item from me I will send you a complete refund this week if paypal has not issued it already.
I nkow you guys that I started business with hate the hell out of me but i hope you can forgive.
I would also like to extend to all of you and every one else on the forum an invitation to my home this summer, actually preffereably for Sevenstock!! I would like to host you all for an informal gathering of rotary heads at my house for a barbecue and gallons and gallons of beer to hopefully dilute the hatred you have for me.
If you need my phone number to yell at me simply hit me up.
I will be taking a few days off this week starting today as the long hours and heavy stress at work have taken a serious toll on my health. I'm okay, as unfortunate as that may sound to some of you, I just need some rest. I have been working about 70+ hour weeks since I started at the end of november and have been getting sent out of state for a few projects. I hve been working 6.25 days a week. No I'm not looking for pity or offering this as an excuse, just giving you the reasons.

oh and regarding the multiple aim screen names......we have about 4 or 5 names that are on the home pc. They all have the password stored and are all used for auto related stuff.
one of the guys is always logged on. So nobody was trying to fool anyone. There are a few S/n's in use at this house. Not usually by me but if you hit any of them up be sure I will most likely get a call the same day to let me know someone tried to contact me.
So sorry if some of you perceived that as being "fishy".

Buyers beware…… I bought from this guy and haven’t seen any of the parts yet, with all of the excuses and open ended promises I don’t think I ever will .. don’t get me wrong I gave him a lot of slack to make this rite, he said many things that would make you think he was going to resolve this , but then you wont hear from him for another 3 months or so… he is the poorest excuse for a person that I have come across in a long time.. I guess you don’t have to be honest anymore with the anonymity that the internet gives you ….

They do look a little dry to be honest with you though.
Not brittle......I had a 1996 Jeep Grand cherokee a while back and it was white with grey plastic trim all around it and it looked identical to this.
I wiped these flairs down with some tire shine spray when I first got them and they looked fine for months afterwards.
They aren't dry such as sun rotted plastic that peels when you run your nail on it so don't worry about that.
