okay, on the starter, there is a spade connector that is the starting wire, there is also a wire with a large loop that attaches either to the battery side or the starter side of the starter soleniod, which one is it. I have a electrical diagram but it is not clear on this one.

second, in addition to these two wires, there are two more with butt connectors on them.

they are red and green, and I believe they are the reverse lights if Im not mistaken.

well, the s4 turbo tranny has 4 wires comming out, 2 green and 2 red. I know the TII trannys have a neutral safety switch in addition to the reverse light switch, how do I find out which one is which.

 

the black and yellow wire goes to the starter solinoid...the big fat black one goes to the starter solinoid...from the battery
the reverse lights are 1 red wire and 1 green wire
