turbo for an SE

I have an 85 se and i was woundering whats a good turbo set up for it. all im really wanting is about 300hp. and basically as cheap as i can get it.

That`s a tall order fellow! LOL!

Have an 83 here.
Cartech turbo system
Haltech EFI
Throttle body
Fuel injectors
Halmeter AFR
Clutch to handle it

Ummm....ya have $3~6000 laying around? 3 will get ya started unless you happen to know someone nearby who has a used kit cheap. Most of the other expenses will be spending the money on a fuel & spark system that will work for that much go get-um power. Oops! Forgot to add in the new ported motor that will help you achieve the power level you want. $2500- 3000+. Spent 3600 on mine.

Lived at home when I did all of this. Don`t now. Those were the good old days.
When you decide to do this, prepare to spend a LOT of time working all of the bugs out. When you are done, you will be eating a LOT of V-8s. Trust me on this one.

for the love of god if thats your se take the car bra off. if your worried about rock chips get a clear bra. BTW beautiful fb
