turbo question
you can put any turbo on your engine ... the turbo should bolt up in one of 2 ways, either slot the manifold bolt holes or weld on a 12A flange ...
you need to supply more specifics of what you want to know. what intake are you running? that kind of thing ...

1. The 12a is 20mm shorter then the 13b so "slotting" the manifold would not work to good(you know ports not lining up).
2. The HKS manifold is cast so unless you want to braze a 12a flange to it.....NO! not gonna work(it would be disgusting and it would crack fast).
You would be better off making a tubular manifold.
Dont buy the kit.

Yeah slotting works but its pretty damm ghetto.
Just take a 12a gasket to a shop that does flamecutting and get a flange made(shouldn't cost more than $40), you can get a T4 flange at just about any turbo/performance shop.
