Love RX7s!! My car has been in the garage/storage for about 4 years since I blew the modified 12a. I've worked on it about a year ago and installed a 13B from an '87 Turbo (using a 48IDA and custom headers). will probably add a turbo or nitros later. Haven't had time or place to complete it until now (bought a house with garage).
Anyways, I'm getting back on the RX7 scene (played with motorbikes for the last 4 years)! What's happening, ....any organised trackdays in the summer? Any advice on my 13B swap? Low comp. motor without a turbo? Also have a NOS system on the shelf. (Holley set up with spray bar). Response appreciated!!!!

I'm from Welland, I believe my shop (CP Racing in Orangeville) will be setting up a meet or something for next summer, bunch of loud-*** first gens!!!!! Track meets, im not sure but i did go to one at mosport! It was cool, we didnt get any track time, but there has been some people have gone down there and have.

 

Oh, and my shop has done a TII swap, and even a carby on a 13b. He's also working on a blow-thru 12a turbo setup.

 

Keep me informed on the track day. I'll be working on my car this winter for the summer. The 13B is built (ported) and installed. I also did a GSL rear end swap (wanted the disc brakes and LSD). Tokico & Suspension Technics set up all round, Custom strut bar, fuel cell & holley pump. All it needs is to complete the exhaust from my custom SS 2" header and some wiring to attempt a start up. The car looks stock other than a front spoiler and ROH 16s. I'll probably paint it also. The body is rust free with original silver paint (stored indoors always).
Lets hook up this summer.
