Turbo GSL-SE questions
I'll be turboing the GSL-SE very soon, and have a couple questions.... well just one for now:
- Will the S4/5 TII water pump housing bolt up to the stock GSL-SE front iron? In other words, is the bolt pattern the same? Reason is, I have an S5 TII wp housing sitting here and it'll be easier to just route the coolant drain from the turbo to this TII wp housing. I'll source the coolant from the nipple at the top of the wp housing which would normally run through to the throttle body.

It will bolt up,just be sure to use the right spacers to compensate for the water manifold gasket's thickness(looks like a figure 8) and be wary of interference with the lower water pipe and the OMP and smog pump if you keep them.The S5 water manifold is a little bit different,but it should bolt up with minimal effort.

also thinking about doing turbo gsl-se. I would love to know the following (sorry for thread hi jack figure it would help us all?)
Im worried about routing oil feed and coolant lines, and wondering if turbo oil pan would fit gsl se engine/frame.
will s4-s5 intake and exhaust manifolds work. I would like to use turbo intake
and factory exhaust manifold.
factory downpipe? does this fit?
Wanted to use the s4-5 intake to use its rail mounted secondary injectors and use a aic to power them under boost.
Looking to make about 200rwhp on gsl se. All motor 200hp too loud for me.
Ive searched around and it helped with my other questions, like using fc oil cooler
and a few other issues.
