Lt here, sorry been running a business and dont have alot of time. Setzep, only reason i used that water outlet is because i made a rad shroud that moves it to the left and i needed a ajustable outlet. 82streetracer, its off of a ford 302 not chevy, and dont jb weld anything together. All you have to do is tap the end of your newly bored fuel rail and thread and a/n fitting into it. I didnt feel i could drill that straight so i let the machinest do it. Make sure youve got some spare fuel rails b/c the first one is gonna be ugly.

It looks like you are using a manifold that was made for a FC or a FD. How close is the inlet of your turbo to the radiator? I test fitted a SFP manifold that made for a FC on my car and I decided against it, turbo inlet was 4.5" from the radiator core.

yep, its pretty close, and the manifold is off a FC. Thats why i made a radiator shroud to move it over, then i can run a intake all the to the front of the car( probably just to the nose panel and then cut a hole in it.

i didnt make it myself, but it was copied off of a hks cast one and he used 2inch blackwall pipe. Ive got a turbo builder who is going to build some of these for first gens and seconds. I told him i could sell them if he can make them. It should cost about half as much, plus youll be able to buy a manifold that will work in a FB body.

Looks even better close up. Thanks for having us over yesterday LT! I'll be posting the pictures I took up in my gallery later tonight.
BTW, I'd be interested in one of those manifolds for a 12a.

Thanks for the love alien rx7, stop by anytime. I need to get off my *** and take a block over to the turboshop so he can whip up some manifolds. I told him he could sell alot of them is he can do it for 1/3 of the price they go for.

I am skeptacle as to whethere I can make the OBX one I have work.
I had the engine flange rewelded, and the turbo fits, but the wastegate pipe goes back pretty far and it doesnt look like there is room for the downpipe. So reworking of the wastegate pipe is needed.
