Turbo

Can you use turbos( and turbo setups) off other not rotary car. Like some one is gonna have to help me out here but isnt there some old 3 cylinder turbo car? Could u take that small turbo off it and do a easy set up?

i think you need to spend more time researching turbo systems and how they work. in theory, you could take a turbo off of ANYTHING turbocharged, and fab up a manifold for it, and plumb the boost straight to your intake...

The problem with that is that piston engines of near the same displacement run much smaller turbos. Compare a TII's turbo to a DSM's turbo and you'll see what I mean.

How about u use the TII turbo, manni, ic, fp, etc, its what im doing next summer.

TII parts would probably be the simplest. There is a thread or 2 in the archives. That will be my winter project for the bp, along with a megasquirt and tbi.
