turbo?

im planing on using a tII turbo on my 12a. i was wondering if it would fit on the motor using the stock intake manifold. i currently have the R.E. dual dcd set-up on my car but the intake manifold is to big. the exhaust housing on the turbo hits the in. manifold. no money to get a custom manifold for the turbo. i have most of the parts already. if the stock manifold works i will prob. go get one. any info would b greatly appreciated

The stock 13b exhaust manifold needs to have the ports and bolt holes ground inward some, but it works fine. The stock 12a intake manifold will not work, it's too wide and will hit the turbo. So, you can either use a custom exhaust manifold to give the intake more room. Buy a weber intake setup. Or find a j-spec 12a Turbo intake manifold.
