Trying something new on the widebody

I'm selling my working Mikuni 44 PHH and sidedraft intake for my 13B 4 port. See the for sale section.

I'm certain my setup needs a little more carb (I have a bit aggressive streetport), plus I'm adding a nitrous plate, so I'm about to wade into unknown territory with a 575 CFM Barry Grant 4 barrel. Tell me I'm not screwing up.

I've read the threads (many searches) trying to assess the success and failure of those of you that have tried non-Nikki 4 barrels and the concensus is lacking. Some people are loving their Holleys (some from RB and others out-of-the-box aftermarket, too). I even read some Edelbrock fans' plugs for their success. Others are basically saying sidedraft all the way. Ant knowledgable sharing of personal experience with aftermarket 4 barrels is appreciated.

I'll keep you posted on the outcome. Just waiting on the RB or Mazdatrix Holly intake for street ported 4 port 13B to become available again. Both are out today.

No comments on the Barry Grant before I take the plunge ?

BTW, Mariah Motorsports is testing a 575 Barry Grant Demon now that I believe they got prepped from a UK company with Demon in their name... can't remember.

I guess I'll just let you know afterwards.
