Trans leaking, and noisy

I have been noticing a nice leak of trans fluid under the car lately and have also been hearing some noise when I was at idle, When I would press in the cluch the noise would go away.
So I took it the a trans shop and they had to replace the thrust bearing, input bearing, rear seal, through out bearing , resurface the flywheel and he recamended a new clutch.
All in all it only cost me $500.00, does that sound like a good price to you guys?
