Will a 1991 RX-7 Turbo transmission bolt straight up with my 80 RX-7?

 

No. The shifter and crossmember would need to be modified

 

Yes and no.

Yes, it will bolt to the engine and yes it will fit into the tunnel and yes it can and has been done.

No,it wont work with the stock clutch/flywheel combo,no it wont jive with the stock shifter hole and no it wont take the stock driveshaft.

Youll need to do some parts juggling and some mods here and there,but mostly you need to search because this has been covered a MILLION times already.
