towing points

on a 79 gs: what looks like towing points under the bumper. would this be the correct place to attach a line to pull my 7 out a few feet from where she's been for 5 yrs.

FRONTS OK - but DON'T use rear right (Passenger) - its just a tie-down and is mounted into sheet metal!!
