You don't need a measurement. A auto parts store can look the part number up for you. As long as you run a quality belt you do not have to use a dual belt or even the FHP belt when you remove the air pump.

That is the belt. It runs from the lower pulley to the alt and water pump. The air pump belt was a separate belt. They don't list a belt in the books that states that it goes from the crank pulley on any vehicle. They only state the components that it drives, the crank pulley is a given.

Forgot to add. Don't forget to inspect the pulleys for any nicks or burrs that may have caused the belts demise. Also verify that the water pump and alternator pulleys are turning freely and everything is in alignment.
