I just sandblasted my pulley, re-painted it black, then re-did the stock yellow and red marks and use an advance timing light

well an advance timing light doesn't help if you don't know what the hell your leading timing mark is... So far this is what I've found to be stock timing marks.
12a USDM= T 20atdc L TDC
12a EUDM= T 20atdc L 5*ATDC
13b USDM= T 20atdc L 5*ATDC

I've heard that advance timing lights aren't very accurate on a rotary, I don't remember why. It's one of the reasons that people opt for adding marks to their pulley.

I re-did the stock marks, and added a mark at 24BTDC for Leading and 16BTDC for Trailing (which is to be set at 4kRPM to take mech advance into account)

I haven't actually set my timing at those marks yet. I was having a bad year for electricals last year (blew a relay which blew alts continuously) so I didn't want to risk it.
