TII swap, can I use a FC downpipe.

I have been looking into the exhaust side of this project.

I found a shop that can do stainless steel 3in pipe.

they said that installing O2 bungs in such a High heat area is risky and that there welds might crack (they knew that rotarys were hot but they were specific) so they recommended getting a prefab downpipe designed for the car.

I have heard that FC downpipes work. Does it?

FYI, my exhaust setup is: RB 3in downpipe with 4 wire WB o2, 2 magnaflow round race mufflers in the center sectionl, pipe under the axle, and a N1 muffler at the back.

yep the 80mm down pipe and the prescilencer fit excellent, only thing you need to worry about is the hieght you put the back of the transmisson on the mount. the higher you can get it the better the down pipe will fit.
