Should I put it on? Someone selling setup for 200.00

why? You would need the whole intake, not just a throttlebody.

Which one are you looking at? It should be about the same as any 4 port 13B.

I have a late 70's 13B 4 port.. not a 80's TII 4 port..

The beauty of the old 4-port 13Bs was that they didn't HAVE any of that fuel injection crap to deal with. No O2 sensors, no TPS, no ECU, you get the idea.
